The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Custom-made hearing aids or ear molds are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged hearing aids.
Opened accessories like batteries or ear tips.
Hearing aids returned without the original box or documentation.
